Purpose
Art deserves more than simplified claims.
Discussions about sustainability in art often become either too broad to be useful or too narrow to account for artistic meaning. This platform was created to hold the two together.
We examine materials and emissions, but also longevity, cultural value, conservation, labour, sourcing, evidence and the ways art can affect what people notice and value. The aim is not to present a perfect model. It is to make careful information and practical thinking easier to find.

We distinguish verified fact, attributed experience, informed interpretation and opinion. Corrections are welcomed and recorded where material.

Future sponsorship, membership or paid resources will be identified clearly and kept separate from independent artist selection and editorial judgment.
